Grown in the Nitin Estate in the Ngorongoro Area of Tanzania. This peaberry coffee boasts notes of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and raspberry, plus a smooth body and medium acidity, making it the perfect cup of coffee for any time of day. Medium Roast.
Peaberry coffee comes from a mutation in the coffee plant, meaning that instead of two beans per cherry, there is only one. Though this could sound bad, this tiny little bean actually benefits from receiving all of the cherry’s nutrients to create intense and rich flavors.
