Monsoon Malabar is a Catahoula Cult Classic grown in Southern India. You either love it or hate it. It’s the wasabi of coffee. The freshly picked beans are left outside and soaked by monsoon rains which creates a unique, low acidity coffee with a crazy sharp twist. Extremely smoky and earthy.
