The Cerro De Las Ranas (the Hill of Frogs) coffee is named after the farm’s lagoon that is populated by thousands of frogs. The coffee is grown and produced by a family-owned operation that takes great pride in their meticulous attention to detail, from year-round farm management to quality control in the cupping lab, and everything in between. The coffee has notes of caramel, orange zest, and grapefruit.
They use a pulped natural process (also called a honey process), in which the perfectly ripened cherries are pulped and then dried, still covered in mucilage, on clay patios while constantly turning the beans to ensure even drying.
Roast Master Choice gives you the chance to enjoy the 12oz bag you’ve chosen, along with a well paired half pound of another of Catahoula’s fresh roasted coffee picked by our Roast Master. (Add $8)
