We use a Royal Water Processed Decaf bean (no chemicals, just water!). The reality is that the decaffeination process always strips a bit of flavor from the bean which is why we make sure to choose especially flavorful and quality beans from Ethiopia for our Decaf. Our decaf is for coffee connoisseurs who drink for taste and not just the buzz.
